Due to organisational reasons the maximum number of participants will be limited to thirty (30) persons. The remaining applicants will be placed on a queue list, and will be informed personally in case of cancellations. All the applications will be ranked in order of receipt.
The participation fee is of 100 € and it covers meals, accommodation for six (6) nights and the Final Dinner. The participant must cover his/her own transport to Athens, Greece.
Companies to be visited on Formation Workshop require personal information of the foreign visitors, including the date of birth, place of birth, occupation, workplace and the passport number. By signing up, the applicant (including those on the queue list) agrees that the Euroavia Formation Workshop organizing group may hand over personal information entered on the signup form to the respective companies. Euroavia Formation Workshop workgroup guarantees the personal information of the applicants is in no other way handed over to any other third party.
Only members of Euroavia can participate.
1. The member sends the application form to Euroavia Ntua.
2. Euroavia Ntua sends a request to the respective (P)AS asking for confirmation.
3. The request must contain the fee and a deadline for cancellation set by Euroavia Ntua .
4. The (P)AS confirms his/her presence at the event after the (guest) member pays 25% of the fee (25 €) as a warranty to his/her (P)AS.
5. If the member participates at the event, the (P)AS returns back the warranty.
6. If a participant cancels his/her presence at the international event after the deadline, he/she must still pay a cancellation fee of 25% event fee.
7. The respective (P)AS is responsible for paying the cancellation fee to Euroavia Ntua.
